Reporting to: Head of Brand Strategy

​​Key Responsibilities

1. Capture high-quality raw footage of our various products and events using professional gear or high-end mobile setups.

2. Transform raw assets into high-performance Reels, TikToks, and YouTube content using industry-standard software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).

3. Design high-end static posts, carousels, and stories that align with our "Green & Luxury" brand identity (Photoshop/Canva/Illustrator).

4. Identify emerging social trends before they peak and adapt them to our ethical and professional brand voice.

5. Engage with our audience to turn followers into a community of brand advocates across all social ecosystems

Required Skills

1. Good level of practical knowledge of video and image editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolv, etc.)

2. knows their way around a DSLR or a smartphone. who understands composition and can lead the visual direction of a shoot on the fly.

3. Good understanding of the algorithms behind Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Soft Skills

1. ​Discipline and Focus, The ability to eliminate creative "noise" and focus on the core brand message.

2. High-speed workflow from initial concept/shoot to final polished edit.
